We’re delighted to offer a run festival utilising the beautiful backdrop of the Main Beach Spit, one of the most spectacular running locations in South East Queensland.   • 30km – minimum age is 16
  • 15km – minimum age is 14
  • 7.5km – runners under 12 must be accompanied by a parent
  • 3km – minimum age is 7
  • 1.5km – no minimum age – however under 5’s must be supervised by an adult (adult is not required to register for the event).

All athletes are required to participate wearing a participant race bib, equipped with timing chip. Participants will receive their race bib along with their fisiocrem GC30 Performance T-Shirt (or singlet) pre-event. You may opt to have this posted to you ahead or the event, or alternatively collect this from the venue upon arrival.

Race Pack Postage

At point of entry you can opt to have your race pack and singlet posted to you for a fee of $9.95.

Athletes who enter before midnight Monday 17 April 2023 are eligible for the postage service. Athletes who enter after this date  will need to collect their race pack at event registration.

Venue Collection

Participants who did not opt for the postage service will be able to collect their race pack from the Registration Marquee, located within the Event Village at Doug Jennings Park, Seaworld Drive. Opening times for the registration marquee can be found below:

Saturday 20th May: 2:00pm – 5:00pm

Sunday 21st May: 5:15am – 7:30am

We recommend that you collect your own Race Pack, however if you need someone to collect your Race Pack on your behalf, they are able to do so by simply showing the registration staff a copy of your confirmation email.

You can change your distance by emailing [email protected] before Friday 19th May at 5.00pm. Changes to distances after this date will need to be made at the registration marquee on Saturday 20th May. Please note, there are strictly no changes to registrations on Sunday 21st May.

If you have had your race bib posted, you’ll need to collect a replacement bib from the registration marquee.

Participants that register prior to midnight Thursday March 9th, will be able to choose from a complimentary fisiocrem GC30 Performance T-Shirt or Singlet with their registration. Participants that register after this date, but before Thursday April 6, 2023 will receive a t-shirt. To secure yours, simply register today and select your size and garment preference during the registration process.

Please note that Kids Dash participants do not receive a t-shirt with their registration.
