Due to course management and road closure restrictions, the course will officially be closed at 11:30am.
Participants must have completed their first lap by 9:15am (15km / 2 hours 15 minutes) to ensure you meet the course cut off and road re-opening times. Any competitors reaching this point after the cut-off time will not be permitted to continue.
Participants in the 15km and 7.5km events will simply need to adhere to the course closure cut off of 11:30am. We welcome walkers in the events – however ask that you recognise the above cut off requirements. We request that all walkers start behind the runners at the start line and keep single file at all times.
To ensure the safety of your gear during the event, BSafe Mobile Lockers will be in attendance providing a locker facility to secure your items.
Locker size is 300 x 300 x 450mm. Lockers will have an attendant, who will be happy to hold on to your key so you can have access to your locker throughout the day.

Full aid stations will be positioned at 3km intervals and will carry water and electrolyte. Participants in the 30km event will also have access to CrampFix shots on their second lap.
We’ll have drinks on ice for you at the finish line in our recovery marquee, along with a variety of post-race refreshments.
Aid stations will be self serve throughout the run course. Tables will be set up and clearly marked and communicated (via aid station volunteers) as to what each table offers. Please help yourself and place waste in the bins provided. To clarify, the event will provide cups (ready filled) for you to consume at each aid station.
For cuts and abrasions all aid stations will carry First Aid kits. First aid is located at the finish line and there will also be two roving teams throughout the course.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the course wheelchairs are not permitted in the event. Whilst we would love to support the use of wheelchairs at this event, passing some parts of the course would not be possible.
