Be guided into stretches that target areas of the body commonly used by runners, and practice mindful breathing techniques to help you better access your oxygen.
We’re delighted to offer fisiocrem Sunset Yoga, delivered by Created Connections. Sunset Yoga will take place on the afternoon of Saturday 17 May, from Doug Jennings Park, Main Beach.
Along with the 40-minute yoga session, all participants will receive a complimentary fisiocrem gift pack including bag, towel, lollies and tube of fisiocrem.
No prior yoga experience is necessary – all levels will be catered for. We welcome everyone to stretch with us! Registrations for Sunset Yoga 2025 will open in April 2025.
Your fisiocrem GC30 Sunset Yoga session will guide you into stretches that target areas of the body commonly used by runners, as well as introduce you to mindful breathing techniques to help you better access your oxygen.
All this will be sealed with a relaxing savasana meditation, as you fade away to the sound of the waves!

Kat Cacavas is a Gold Coast-based Dietitian, Teacher and Founder of Created Connections. Kat loves spending her spare time running along the gorgeous local beaches. She noticed huge improvements in her own running – both physically and mentally – after she returned from an intensive yoga teaching course, with her first race back being the fisiocrem GC50!

Sunset Yoga will take place on Saturday 18 May from Doug Jennings Park, Main Beach (event venue). When you arrive, head to the fisiocrem marquee, located next to the finish line to check in.
There is one session available that will commence at 4:30pm.
Please arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the yoga class. Upon arrival, head to the fisiocrem marquee located next to the finish line to check in. Your yoga class will run for approximately 35-40 minutes.
The yoga class will be held on grass, so we recommend the use of a mat or towel during the session.
We have a limited number of yoga mats available for participants to use during the session. These yoga mats can be reserved during the registration process.
