Participants are able to join a team during registration, or via the event dashboard after you have registered.
Simply search existing teams in the search bar. To create a new team, select the ‘create new team’ button and follow the set up steps.

You can request a change of distance by emailing [email protected] with your request by Thursday 14 May at 5pm. Changes after this date must be made in person at the registration marquee on Saturday 16 May between 10am – 2pm.
There are strictly no changes to registrations on Sunday 17 May.
Please note, that during the transfer process any pricing difference is payable to complete the transfer and no refunds are provided for downgrades in distance.
All distance changes are subject to availability in the distance participants wish to transfer to.
If you have already entered and would like to receive your personalised race bib ahead of the event you can add the postage service (available until midnight April 6) to your existing entry via the Event Store Here.
Race bibs will be despatched in bulk 3-4 weeks ahead of the event.
To personalise your race bib, simply add Race Bib Postage to your registration during the entry process or afterwards here.
Your first name entered during registration will be printed on your bib.
Participants that do not opt for Race Bib Postage, will be able to handwrite your name in the name space provided with marker pens at Race Bib Collection.
Participants can either opt to have their personalised race bib posted ahead of the event (for a fee of $12.95) or alternatively collect their race bib from the venue on event weekend.
Venue Collection:
Participants will be able to collect their race bib from the Registration Marquee, located within the Event Precinct at Muriel Henchman Park, Seaworld Drive. Opening times for the registration marquee can be found below:
Saturday 16th May: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Sunday 17th May: 5:00am – 9:00am
At point of entry you can opt to have your personlised race bib posted to you for a fee of $12.95.
The race bib postage service is available until midnight 6 April 2026. Participants who enter after this date will need to collect their race bib at the event venue. You can add race bib postage to your existing entry via the store here until April 6.
Your fisiocrem GC30 Main Beach performance shirt will be provided to you after crossing the finish line of the event.
Race Roster’s Registration Refund Protection Program is Race Roster’s promise to participants to protect their registration purchase in the case that they cannot attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances. During the registration process you will have the opportunity to purchase refund protect.
