We’re delighted to be able to provide training plans, brought to you by fisiocrem & Be A Runner. 

fisiocrem is the perfect training partner for your event preparations, ensuring you have a solution for those inevitable muscular aches and pains. 

Our complimentary training plans have been prepared by Blayne Arnold, head coach at Be A Runner. All training plans have been prepared in a way that will ensure you will arrive at the start line in May best prepared to complete your event, ensuring you are healthy, injury free and most importantly fit enough to enjoy the distance.

The training plans are all 13 weeks in length. With 12 weeks training and one weeks recovery – starting on Monday 1st March. Simply click on the training plans below to open and view from your browser.
