• 30km – minimum age is 16
• 15km – minimum age is 14
• 7.5km – runners under 12 must be accompanied by a parent
• 3km – minimum age is 7
• 1.5km – no minimum age – however under 5’s must be supervised by an adult (adult is not required to register for the event).

All athletes are required to participate wearing a participant race bib, equipped with timing chip. Participants will receive their race bib along with their fisiocrem GC30 merchandise pre-event. The options for receiving your race pack are listed below:

Venue Collection

Participants will be able to collect their race pack from the Registration Marquee, located within the Event Village at Doug Jennings Park, Seaworld Drive. Opening times for the registration marquee can be found below:

Saturday 17th May: 2:00pm – 5:00pm

Sunday 18th May: 5:15am – 7:30am

We recommend that you collect your own Race Pack, however if you need someone to collect your Race Pack on your behalf, they are able to do so by simply showing the registration staff a copy of your confirmation email.

Race Pack Postage

At point of entry you can opt to have your race pack and singlet posted to you for a fee of $12.95.

Athletes who enter before midnight Monday 4 April 2025 are eligible for the postage service. Athletes who enter after this date  will need to collect their race pack at event registration.

You can change your distance by emailing [email protected] before Thursday 15th May at 5.00pm. Changes to distances after this date will need to be made at the registration marquee on Saturday 17th May. There are strictly no changes to registrations on Sunday 18th May.

If you have had your race bib posted, you’ll need to collect a replacement bib from the registration marquee.

Be rest assured that our Peace of Mind Pandemic Policy entitles all participants to a refund in the event of an event postponement or cancellation. We’ve detailed this below for your reference.

Event Postponement
Should the event be postponed my registration will be automatically transferred to the re-scheduled event date where the following refund policy will apply:

I will be entitled to a refund of my registration (less payment processing fees) if I request this in writing within 72 hours of being notified of the postponement. Should I not request a refund during this 72-hour period my registration will revert back to being non-refundable.

Should a new date not be possible for the event to occur, my entry will be transferred into the May 2026 event and the above cancellation procedures regarding refunds will re-apply.

The fisiocrem GC30 Main Beach operates a no-refund policy. Your registration however can be transferred as a credit to the 2026 fisiocrem GC30, or the fisiocrem GC50 Run Festival if you request this in writing before midnight Friday 2nd May 2025, subject to a $20 admin fee.

My registration may also be transferred to another runner if I request this in writing before midnight Friday 2nd May 2025, subject to a $20 admin fee. Distance changes can be made after this point by emailing [email protected].
