Participants are able to join a team during registration, or via the event dashboard after you have registered.
Simply search existing teams in the search bar. To create a new team, select the ‘create new team’ button and follow the set up steps.

You can change your distance by emailing [email protected] before Thursday 15th May at 5.00pm.
Changes after this date will need to be made at the registration marquee on Saturday 17 May. There are strictly no distance changes on Sunday 18 May.
All distance changes are subject to availability in the distance participants wish to transfer to.
If you have already entered and would like to receive your race bib ahead of the event you can add the postage service (available until midnight April 29 to your existing entry via the Event Store Here.
Race bibs will be despatched in bulk 3-4 weeks ahead of the event.

Participants can either opt to have their race bib posted to ahead of the event (for a fee of $10) or alternatively collect their race bib from the venue on event weekend.
Venue Collection:
Participants will be able to collect their race bib from the Registration Marquee, located within the Event Precinct at Muriel Henchman Park, Seaworld Drive. Opening times for the registration marquee can be found below:
Saturday 17th May: 2:00pm – 5:00pm
Sunday 18th May: 5:15am – 7:30am
Race Bib Postage
At point of entry you can opt to have your race bib posted to you for a fee of $10.
The race bib postage service is available until midnight 4 April 2025. Participants who enter after this date will need to collect their race bib at event registration. You can add race bib postage to your existing entry via the store here.
Your fisiocrem GC30 Main Beach performance shirt will be provided to you after crossing the finish line of the event.
Race Roster’s Registration Refund Protection Program is Race Roster’s promise to participants to protect their registration purchase in the case that they cannot attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances. During the registration process you will have the opportunity to purchase refund protect.
Race Roster’s Enhanced Refund Protection Program covers but is not limited to;
- Injury & illness
- COVID-19
- Severe weather
- Layoffs/terminations
- Mechanical breakdowns

Should you choose not to purchase the Race Roster Refund Protection at the time of registration the following terms and conditions apply to transfers and refunds:
- Your registration fee is non-refundable.
- Your registration can be transferred to the 2026 fisiocrem GC30 Main Beach event if you request this in writing before midnight Friday 2nd May 2025, subject to a $20 administration fee.
- Your registration may not be transferred to another runner.
- You can change your distance by emailing [email protected] before Thursday 15th May at 5.00pm (all distances changes are subject to availability).
